Welcome to the Program website for completing surveys. Your input will be used to help make future strategic decisions regarding student affairs and coursework.
When you click on "Take a survey," your login will be checked and the survey(s) you are authorized to take will appear in the top list (called Unfinished Surveys). When you complete and submit a survey, it will be moved to the list called Finished Surveys.
